Thanking God In Advance (11/22/2015)
Overview
Jesus rose a man named Lazarus from the dead. Both of Lazarus' sisters, Mary and Martha, were upset Jesus didn't come sooner and heal their brother before he died. Jesus asked them a question, "Didn't I tell you that you would see God's glory if you'd just believe?" Then Jesus looked up and thanked God before raising the man from the dead. Like Pastor Daniel said on Sunday, "Gratitude is thanking God after the fact. Faith is thanking God before the fact."
