Our Better Life internship program is looking for committed, passionate, and faith-filled young people (18-25 years) who are ready to grow in their walk with Jesus and discover how God has uniquely gifted them. As you serve in the life of our church, you’ll develop your strengths, build real community, and gain practical ministry experience that prepares you for wherever the Lord leads next.

Frequently Asked Questions.

Where will my internship take place?

• Internships take place onsite at the Morehead campus of Better Life Church.

What are the requirements & expectations for the internship?

• Aside from a standing weekly meeting, you can expect your participation in the internship to take about 10 hours a week, including Sundays during the current semester. Your mentor will work with you to ensure the best use of your time and schedule.

What type of development can be expected?

• You’ll get to experience practical responsibility within our staff and team at Better Life Church. Our goal is to help you expand your capacity, so you’ll be stretched — but you’ll also be set up to win. Through a small group, serving, and weekly intentional development, we want to see you grow and thrive!

Is the internship paid?

• This is an unpaid, educational internship program.

How do events and time off work?

• Events are an “all hands on deck” effort, so be ready to put in extra work before, during, and after the event. You will have time off for fall break and/or holiday weekends. The specific schedule will be published ASAP.

Will I get a job after my internship?

• Internship will equip you for your future, wherever that may be. The win for every intern is an intentional season of growth for wherever God may lead you.
