Once you begin experiencing a personal revival, you can’t help but break out in praise. God created us to praise Him and praise will be our activity when we gather around His throne in Heaven. The reality is, when you begin to experience personal revival, you will become more aware of His presence. If you are not experiencing a life full of praise, it may be because you are not encountering God on a regular basis. To return to God’s presence we must repent. When you stay clean and close to the cross, you cannot help but to shout and sing praise.

God created us to praise Him and praise will be our activity when we gather around His throne in Heaven.

Reflect:

  • Have I forgotten how God radically saved my life?
  • Why do I find it so hard to praise God during the challenging times in my life?
  • If praise stems from a grateful heart, what am I grateful for that would cause me to praise God right now?

Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. Point out anything in me that offends you, and lead me along the path of everlasting life. (Psalm 139:23-24)
